The product editor has four tabs, a few buttons at the top, and a side panel that tells you what's still missing. To open it, go to Products → All products and click a product.

The four tabs

TabWhat it holds
DetailsName, Summary, + Add a full description, Category and + SKU or an affiliate link
MediaUp to 8 pictures and videos. Pictures can be up to 10 MB. The first one is the Cover.
PriceThe price and price options. It's called Versions once you sell versions.
DeliveryWhat customers get right after they pay. It's called Lessons for a course.

A red dot on a tab means something there is needed before the product can go live.

  • The Summary shows under the name, and in Google and link previews.
  • Pick one or more Category chips. Manage opens your categories.
  • With an Affiliate link, the Buy button sends customers to that address instead of your checkout.
  • On Media, a picture's buttons make it the cover, move it or remove it.
  • In the text boxes, Ask AI (Cmd+J or Ctrl+J) can improve, shorten or lengthen your text. It uses AI credits.

Save your changes

While something is unsaved, the top shows Unsaved changes with Discard and Save. Cmd+S or Ctrl+S saves too. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, your browser asks first.

Preview and publish

With everything saved, the top shows:

  • Preview: opens the product page in a new tab.
  • ⋯: Copy product link, Copy quick checkout link (opens your cart with this product in it), Duplicate (a draft copy), Copy ID and Delete product.
  • Publish: puts a draft in your store.

To publish, a product needs A name, A picture and A price. A course also needs At least one lesson, and a product with versions needs At least one version. The side panel lists what's missing; click an item to jump to it.

A subscription can't be published until Stripe is connected, so the button reads Connect Stripe instead. See Sell a membership or subscription.

Once published, the side panel shows View in store and Unpublish. Shoppers see the product only when your store is live too. See Publish your store.

Sell it

After you publish, a Sell it panel appears with Copy product link, Copy quick checkout link, Share on X, Share on Facebook, Write a post with AI and Sell it on another website. See Share and promote your products.
