Credits pay for AI writing and pictures. See what things cost, where your balance is, and how to get more.

AI credits pay for AI writing and pictures in your admin. Most actions use less than one credit.
What uses credits
- AI product drafts. When you add a product, Or let AI draft it writes the description and a cover picture from the name. The button shows the cost (2 credits).
- Ask AI in text editors (⌘/Ctrl+J): improve, shorten, fix grammar or write new text.
- AI posts. Your first social post for each store is free. After that, each post uses AI credits. See Write social posts with AI.
What things cost

In Ask AI, the cost estimate shows next to your request before you send it, like "≈0.2 credits".
See your balance
- In the sidebar, AI credits shows how many you have left. Click it to open Plan and billing.
- On Plan and billing, see AI credits left.
Your credits belong to your account, not to one store. Every store you own uses the same balance.
Get more credits
When you run out, the Get more AI credits window shows the packs you can buy and their prices. You pay on Stripe's secure page.
- In Ask AI, you see "You are out of AI credits." Click Get more credits to open the window.
- For AI posts and AI product drafts, the window opens on its own.
