Set delivery rates
Choose where you post physical products, what delivery costs and how long it takes. Buyers pick a rate at checkout.
Open Delivery ratesOn this page
Delivery rates are charged at checkout on physical products. You can add up to 5 rates. Buyers pick one for their country.
Add a rate
- In your admin, go to Settings. Next to Delivery rates, click Edit.
- Click Add a rate.
- Under Countries, click Add countries and pick the countries this rate covers. Pick Anywhere to cover every country (it replaces the countries you picked).
- Enter the Price in your store's currency. Enter 0 for free delivery.
- Enter the Delivery time in whole days, from the fewest to the most. For example, 3 to 7 days.
- Add a Label customers see, like Standard or Express. Leave it empty and customers see "Delivery".
- Click Save rate.
The drawer shows how the rate will look at checkout before you save. When a rate covers Anywhere, the page shows Every country covered.
What buyers see
At checkout, buyers pick their country under Deliver to. They then see the rates for that country, with the price and delivery time. The delivery price is added to the order as Shipping.
If no rate covers a buyer's country, they can't buy your physical items. They see that your store doesn't deliver to their country. If the cart also has digital items, they can remove the physical ones and buy the rest.
If you have no rates at all, delivery is free everywhere.
Buyers enter their street address on the payment page: Stripe or PayPal asks for it.
Good to know
- Your tax rate applies to delivery too.
- Discount codes never apply to delivery.
- Selling physical products needs a paid plan. See Plans and what they include.
Change or delete a rate
Click a rate to open it. Change it and click Save rate, or click Delete rate and confirm. Buyers in those countries can then no longer pick it.
When an order is paid, see Ship orders and add tracking.
