Checkout fields and the discount code box
Ask for the buyer's full name or phone number, and turn on the box where buyers enter discount codes.

The Checkout fields page sets what customers fill in and see when they pay. Every checkout asks for an email, where buyers get their receipt and downloads. The rest is up to you.
Open the page
In your admin, go to Settings. Next to Checkout fields, click Edit. Change what you need, then click Save.
Full name
Turn on Ask for their full name to make the name required. When it's off, buyers see Full name marked as optional.
Phone number
Turn on Ask for a phone number on Stripe's payment page to have Stripe ask buyers for a phone number when they pay by card. This setting shows only when Stripe is connected. PayPal payments don't use it.
The discount code box
Buyers can only use your discount codes when the code box is on. It's off until you turn it on.
- Under Discount codes, turn on Discount code box.
- Click Save.
Buyers then see Have a discount code? in the order summary at checkout. They enter the code and click Apply.
