Find and manage orders
Find any order, see what it needs, and use the order page to record payments, add notes and more.

Every checkout in your store shows up in Orders, paid or not. Find the order in the list, then click it to see everything about it.
The tabs
In your admin, go to Orders.

Unpaid, To ship, Completed and Cancelled show only when they have orders. Downloads and courses go out by themselves. To post physical items, see Ship orders and add tracking.
Search, filter and export
- Type in Search by order, email or product. A buyer's name, phone or discount code works too.
- Use the Date filter to pick a period, and the Payment filter to show only Stripe, PayPal, Manual or Test orders.
- Export CSV downloads the orders in the current tab and filters, up to 5,000 rows.
Each row shows how the order was paid (Paid, Unpaid, Refunded, Cancelled or Test) and its delivery (Sent automatically, To ship, Waiting for keys or Shipped). Waiting for keys means a list of licence keys ran out. See Sell licence keys and codes.
The order page
Click an order to open it. You see the items and totals, the customer, the delivery address and a Timeline of what happened.
- Notes: Add a note only you can see. The buyer never sees it.
- Mark as paid (unpaid orders only): record money you took outside checkout, like a bank transfer or cash. Fill in Record a payment and click Record payment. The order becomes paid, counts as Manual, and the buyer gets their files and receipt by email.
More actions
Click More actions (⋯) on the order page:
- Open the customer's order page: the page your buyer sees, with working download links.
- Edit status and delivery: change the order's status or the delivery address.
- Copy order number.
- Stop renewing or Keep renewing, for memberships. After Stop renewing, the member isn't charged again. See Sell a membership or subscription.
- Refund for Stripe and PayPal orders, or Cancel order for the others. See Refund or cancel an order.
