Customers and subscribers

Customers lists everyone who has bought from your store. Subscribers lists the people who joined your email list. Both are under Customers in your admin's sidebar.

Customers

In your admin, go to Customers → Customers. Each row shows Name, Email, Orders and Customer since. People appear after their first order. Use Search by name or email to find someone.

Click a customer to see:

• their orders, each with a link to the order
• Customer since and Last order
• their Shipping address, with Copy address
• an Email button with their first name, which opens your own email app

Buyers don't create accounts in your store. A customer here is the email address used for an order.

Subscribers

In your admin, go to Customers → Subscribers. Each row shows the Email and the date they Subscribed. Use Search by email to find someone.

People join from:

• the sign-up form at the bottom of every page of your store
• a Sign-up section you add in the design editor
• the "Opening soon" page visitors see while your store isn't published

The Grow your list card has a link, Edit it in the design editor. A sign-up section on your home page that says what people get for joining brings the most sign-ups. See Add and arrange sections.

Export

• Customers: click More actions (⋯) → Export customers (CSV). The file has up to 1,000 customers.
• Subscribers: click Export CSV.
