One Marketsy account can run several stores, each with its own products, design and address. Your plan and your team cover all of them.

Add a store

  1. In your admin, open the store menu at the top of the sidebar. It shows your store's name.
  2. Choose + Add a store.
  3. Answer the setup chat's questions. See Build your store with the setup chat.

The new store starts private, with its own sample product and setup steps.

Switch between stores

Open the same store menu and pick a store. Its admin opens on that store's own address.

What's shared and what's separate

Each store connects its own payments. When you connect Stripe or PayPal on a new store, you can pick an account you linked before: choose Use this one under Or use an account you linked before. See Connect Stripe.

Teammates are admins of every store on your account. See Add teammates.

How many stores you can have

An account can have up to 5 stores. At the limit, the setup chat says you already have the most this account can have today. If you need more, write to us and tell us what you need.

A free account builds one store at a time. If one store is waiting for its trial, start the trial there first. After that you can build more.

Still stuck?

Write to us in the chat. A real person on the Marketsy team answers, and you'll get the reply here and by email.
