A real person on the Marketsy team reads and answers your messages. Chat is the quickest way to reach us.
Chat with us
- In your admin: choose Contact support at the bottom of the sidebar.
- In the Help Center: choose Chat with us on any help page, including this one.
- In the setup chat: choose Contact support at the top.
You get our reply in the chat and by email, so you can close the page. If the chat can't load, the link opens our community instead.
Some pages have their own help button that opens the same chat: Talk to us on your admin Home while you set up, Ask us on the Domain page, and Request an integration on the Integrations page.
Write to team@marketsy.ai. Send it from the email you sign in with, so we can find your account.

What to include
We can help faster when your first message has:
- Your store's address, like yourstore.marketsy.ai
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- What you already tried
- A screenshot of the page or the error
- For an order, its order number. For a domain, the domain and a screenshot of its DNS records.
