Open Plan and billing
On this page

You cancel your Marketsy plan on Stripe's billing page, which you open from Plan and billing. When the plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your products and orders stay.

Cancel your plan

  1. Open Plan and billing. It's in the sidebar and in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Under Payment method and invoices, click Open billing.
  3. Stripe's billing page opens. Cancel your plan there. Stripe shows the details before you confirm.

Cancelling during the trial

Cancel before the trial ends and you won't pay for the plan. See How the trial works.

What happens when the plan ends

  • Your account moves to the Free plan.
  • Every store on your account is unpublished. Visitors see an "Opening soon" page.
  • Custom domains go offline.
  • Your products, orders and customers stay.
  • The Free plan's limits apply. See Plans and what they include.

Come back later

Pick a paid plan on Plan and billing (See plans), then publish your store again. See Publish your store. The trial is only for accounts that never had a paid plan, so you pay from the start.
