Change your plan

You can move between Basic and Premium at any time from Plan and billing. You confirm the switch on Stripe's page, which shows what you pay today first.

Switch between Basic and Premium

1. Open Plan and billing. It's in the sidebar and in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Click Change plan. Your current plan shows Your plan.
3. Next to the plan you want, click Switch.
4. Stripe opens a page called "Change your Marketsy plan". Check the amount and confirm.
5. Stripe sends you back to Plan and billing, which shows your new plan.

Before you move down, check what the smaller plan includes. For example, Basic has one team seat and no Zapier, webhooks or API. See Plans and what they include.

What you pay

• Moving up: you pay the difference for the rest of this billing period today.
• Moving down: the unused part is credited to your next invoice.
• During a trial: the trial keeps going, and nothing is charged until it ends. See How the trial works.

On the Free plan

Click See plans on Plan and billing, or Upgrade in the sidebar. Pick a plan and continue to Stripe. New accounts start with a 3-day trial.

Going back to Free

To go back to Free, cancel your paid plan. See Cancel your plan.

Lifetime plans

A lifetime plan has no Change plan button. If you want to change it, write to us.
