Your card and invoices

Your Marketsy plan is billed through Stripe. You change your card and see past invoices on Stripe's billing page, which you open from Plan and billing.

Open your billing page

1. Open Plan and billing. It's in the sidebar and in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Under Payment method and invoices, click Open billing.
3. Stripe's billing page opens. There you can:
   • change your card
   • see your past invoices and open one to download it
   • cancel your plan (see Cancel your plan)

When you're done, go back to your admin from Stripe's page.

If a payment fails

If Stripe can't charge your card for your plan, we email you. Open your billing page and update your card, so your plan keeps running.

Extra storage

If you add extra storage, it's billed monthly on its own, separate from your plan. See Storage and file size limits.

Need something else on an invoice?

If you need a detail changed on an invoice, like your company name, write to us.

Invoices for your own sales

These invoices are for what you pay Marketsy. Payments from your buyers are in Orders, and in your Stripe or PayPal dashboard. See Find and manage orders.
