Close your store or account
There's no delete button. Write to us to close a store or your account, and see what you can do yourself meanwhile.

There's no button to delete a store or an account. To close either one, write to us.
Ask us to close it
Write to us in the chat, or email team@marketsy.ai. Include:
- The email you sign in with
- Your store's address, like yourstore.marketsy.ai
- Whether you want to close one store or the whole account

What you can do yourself
- Take the store offline. Go to Online store → Domain and choose Unpublish. Visitors see Opening soon, and your products and orders stay. See Publish your store.
- Cancel your plan. Go to Plan and billing and choose Open billing. You cancel on Stripe's billing page. See Cancel your plan.
- Disconnect payments. Go to Settings → Payments. On Stripe or PayPal, open ⋯ and choose Disconnect Stripe or Disconnect PayPal.
