On this page

Analytics shows how your store sold over a period, next to the period before it. In your admin, go to Analytics and pick Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days at the top.

The four numbers

NumberWhat it counts
RevenueThe totals of paid orders
OrdersHow many orders were paid
Average orderRevenue divided by orders
ConversionOrders per visitor, as a percentage

Under each number you see the same figure for the period before, and a change up or down.

Revenue by day

The chart shows each day's revenue. Pale bars behind show The period before, so you can compare day by day. Point at or tap a bar to see that day's revenue and orders. The best day is marked.

From view to order

This shows where visitors leave, in four steps:

  1. Viewed a product: product page views.
  2. Added to cart: carts started.
  3. Gave their email: buyers who typed their email at checkout.
  4. Paid: carts that were paid.

Each step shows what share of the step before made it through. The step with the biggest drop gets a tip. For example, if most people leave after giving their email, turn on cart recovery emails.

Top products

Top products lists up to five products by revenue, with their orders and views. Click one to open it in the editor. On a phone, switch between From view to order and Top products with the buttons above them.

What isn't counted

  • Your test orders. The page says how many it left out.
  • Unpaid carts, and orders that were refunded or cancelled.
  • Days are counted in UTC time, so a day on the chart may not match your local day exactly.
