Connect Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to see your store's visits and sales in those tools and to measure your ads. Both work on every plan, and both are set on one page.

In your admin, go to Integrations and click Set up (or Edit) next to Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel.

Google Analytics 4

  1. In Google Analytics, find your web stream's Measurement ID. It starts with G-. The Where to find it link under the field opens Google's help.
  2. Paste it in Measurement ID.
  3. Click Save.

GA4 then gets your store's page views, plus product views, add to cart, checkout started and purchases.

Meta Pixel

  1. In Meta Events Manager, find your Pixel ID under Data sources.
  2. Paste it in Pixel ID.
  3. Click Save.

The How to set it up link on the page has a step-by-step guide.

Send purchases from our server too

Ad blockers hide some visitors from the pixel. Turn on Send purchases from our server too and Marketsy also sends events to Meta from its own server, through Meta's Conversions API. It sends product views, add to cart, checkout started and purchases.

It needs an access token:

  1. In Events Manager, open your Pixel, then Settings, then Conversions API, then Generate access token.
  2. Paste the token in Access token. It starts with EAA.
  3. Click Save.

On the Integrations page, the Meta Pixel row then says Connected · server events on. Without a token it says pixel only.

Other tools

For another analytics tool or ad pixel, paste its code in Custom code. Your own numbers, without any setup, are in Analytics.
