Connect Zapier

With Zapier, an order in your store can start work in another app, like adding a row to a spreadsheet or adding the buyer to your email list. Zapier comes with the Premium plan.

Connect your store

1. In your admin, go to Integrations → Zapier.
2. Click Open the Zapier invite and accept it in Zapier. This adds the Marketsy app to your Zapier account.
3. Click your Zapier API key to copy it.
4. In Zapier, create a Zap and pick the Marketsy app as its trigger.
5. Choose New order or Order refunded, in full or in part.
6. When Zapier asks you to connect your Marketsy account, paste the key.
7. Add the action you want in the other app, test the Zap and turn it on.

What the Zap gets

Each trigger sends the order: its number, total, currency and status, the buyer's email and name, the delivery address, any discount code, and the items. It's the same order format that webhooks send.

Keep the key private

The key connects your store's orders to Zapier. Treat it like a password and don't share it.

Missing a trigger?

Under the triggers on the Zapier page, click Tell us next to Missing a trigger or an action? It opens a chat with the Marketsy team.

On other plans the Zapier page is greyed out with See plans. See Plans and what they include. To send orders to your own server instead, use webhooks.
