Sign in and reset your password

Sign in with the email and password you used to create your account. If you signed up with Google, use Google again.

Where to sign in

• On marketsy.ai: go to marketsy.ai/auth/sign-in. Once you're signed in, Manage my store at the top of marketsy.ai takes you to your admin.
• On your store: your store has its own sign-in page at /auth/sign-in on its address, like yourstore.marketsy.ai/auth/sign-in. It says Sign in to and your store's name, and it's for the store's owner and team.

Your admin always opens on your store's own address.

Reset your password

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email you signed up with.
3. Open the email from Marketsy and use its link to set a new password.

There's no password setting in the admin. To change a password you remember, use the same steps.

If you can't sign in

• "That email and password don't match." Check for typos, or reset your password.
• You signed up with Google. Choose Continue with Google and pick the same Google account.
• Your store's sign-in page says the Google account isn't on the store's team. Pick the Google account you signed up with, or use your email and password.
• No reset email. Check your spam folder, and make sure you typed the email you signed up with.
• Sign-up refuses your email. Marketsy doesn't accept temporary email addresses. Use an address you keep.

To change the email you sign in with, write to us.

Buyers don't need an account

Your customers never sign in. Their receipt email has a link to their order, downloads and courses. If a buyer asks you for a login, see A buyer can't find their download.

Teammates sign in with their own email and password. See Add teammates.
